Gets the request options necessary to make requests to a given provider.
Parameters
- config: AzureIntegrationConfig
  The relevant provider config
- OptionaladditionalHeaders: Record<string, string>
  Additional headers for the request
Returns Promise<{ headers: Record<string, string> }>

Use AzureDevOpsCredentialsProvider instead.
